Book a survey
Avoid wasting thousands by installing the wrong equipment. The engineers who carry out our surveys have each installed a minimum of 500 boilers, meaning they are perfectly placed to give you the best, honest advice. While they’re there, pick their brains if you have any questions, no cuppa required.

Choose your boiler
You’ll find some common boilers we install above, but there’s a lot more choice available. Rather than you attempting to choose yourself, we recommend speaking to our engineers who can recommend the right option for your property and budget.

Installation & Powerflush
We pride ourselves on running a tidy workspace and will respect your home as if it were our own.
While we’re installing your new boiler, we will power flush your whole central heating system, cleaning inside all of your radiators and pipework. This will make it faster and cheaper to heat your home for years to come.

Commissioning & Certification
Once installed, we will walk you through the system and installation and answer any questions you might have.
The system will have been fully tested and checked for safe gas combustion, and a carbon monoxide alarm will have been fitted.
Our installations are carried out according to manufacturer guidelines, meaning you will benefit from the full warranty from both the manufacturer and as well as ourselves.

How long does the boiler installation take?
If you already have a combi boiler, it’s a job we always aim to have finished on the same day. If you currently have a conventional or system boiler with a hot water tank, it’s normally a two-day job to convert you over to a combi boiler.
Do you provide cover or warranty on boiler?
Absolutely, we offer a two-year warranty on all pipework and fittings as standard. Most boilers come with a warranty from the manufacturer, which is usually between 5 to 7 years.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed. We are Gas Safe registered, verified by Installer Connect, insured by Simply Business, and checked and vetted by Checkatrade.
Can you dispose of our old boiler if we get a replacement?
Yes, during our work we remove anything we can for you, which includes disposing of your old boiler when we install a replacement. We like a tidy space too!
Do you need new pipes with a new boiler?
It depends. We will always try to utilize the existing pipework if it’s all in good working order to keep things nice and tidy for you. However, in the case of installing a conversion boiler, we may need to replace some of the pipes.
What does a boiler installation cost?
A basic like-for-like replacement often ranges between £600–£1,000.
More complex jobs—such as relocation or system upgrades—will likely cost more.
Can I install a boiler myself?
No—boiler installation is complex and dangerous. It must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer for safety, legal compliance, and warranty validity.
How do I choose the right boiler type and size?
The installer should assess your needs and property size to recommend the best boiler type. Guidance on choosing the appropriate type is common in pre-sales surveys.
